New Rules and Character Sheet

I've written more to the quickstart, it's 10 pages now! But there's been some changes to how magic/abilities are established, how damage is calculated in combat, and a bit of a GM guide at the end. It's still technically a quickstart in my opinion since it's still a quick read and hopefully quick to pick up, but this will likely be the version that will stay up until I'm satisfied with all my playtesting.
