Litesys Quickstart

Litesys is a rules-lite narrative dice pool tabletop roleplaying game that inspires you to "yes, and" situations more often and allow the GM and players to have a higher impact on the story being told. Litesys is best played with 3-6 players with one player acting as GM.

There is no built in setting or genre to play with Litesys, but it also requires no heavy lifting from the GM to adjust the game to whatever setting they want. Simply change the available/applicable occupations and skills and the game is now suited for play for any location or time period!

This game uses custom d6s, included in the game files are paper printable dice and 3d printable dice. Only one set of dice is needed to play for the entire table and some kind of token equal to twice the number of players (including the GM), which can be coins, dried beans, or other tokens. I have the 3d files for the dice and tokens on my Thingiverse:

This game is still a work in progress as it's being playtested and developed further. This quickstart and it's supporting materials are all in their first public draft and may change in the final version.
